Remarkable historical specimen of green pyromorphite in fine mamelinated crystals on a beige gangue.
A typical set, mineral species from Hofsgrund, in the Schauinsland mining district (lead and zinc) in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
This specimen belonged to the collection of the naturalist Michel Adanson (1727-1806).
