Description

Large, slightly transparent willemite crystals on a gangue of lead, zinc and copper ore typical of the M’Fouati deposit, Congo Brazzaville (Republic of Congo).

Good size and quality crystals for the mineral species.

Willemite is a zinc silicate, a secondary mineral from the oxidation zone of zinc deposits.

The base of the piece is sawn off.
