Description

A few small indigo-blue lustrous boleites are aesthetically distributed on the stabilized clay matrix, which is reinforced by atacamite and gypsum.
This piece comes from the famous Amelia mine, Santa Rosalía, Mexico.
A rare mineral species, boleite is composed of copper oxyhalide, an argentiferous mineral.
