Superb sheaf of large, brilliant, intense bottle-green brochantite crystals in matrix.
This brochantite comes from the Milpillas copper mine, near Cananea, Sonora, making it a Mexican mineral.
This mineral rarely produces such spectacular crystals.
Specimen purchased on site during a recovery expedition by team members.
