Fluorite and quartz, Embournegade (En Bournegade mine), Tarn.

45,00

A fine specimen from a not very common but highly sought-after deposit in the Tarn region, the L’En Bournagade mine (or L’Embournegade), in the Curvalle commune.
The quartz crystals sprinkling the fluorite cube are highly translucent and extremely brilliant.
The fluorite has a very good, deep blue color (rather poorly rendered in the photo), the faces are brilliant and darker “ghosts” can be seen inside.
