Description
These are several crystals of octahedral fluorite, a mineral from Mont Maudit (4300 m a.s.l.) on the way to Mont-Blanc in Chamonix, Haute-Savoie.
Very rare cleavages, the back of the crystal is very finely recrystallized, the edges are intact, the faces a little frosted but clear.
