Description
Destinezite, or diadochite, whitish kidney-shaped, nice size, found in the 1970s. A great classic of Belgian mineralogy, from a quarry between Richelle and Visé, not far from Liège.
Destinyzite is an iron phosphate from the Argenteau coalfield (Belgium). Described in 1880, it was subsequently downgraded to diadochite and recently rehabilitated as a mineral species, around 1999/2000.
