Description
Specimen presenting beautiful masses of green and pearly fibrous diallage.
Diallage is an inosilicate, i.e. a chain silicate, and belongs to the pyroxene group. It is the intermediate pole between the augite and the diopside.
Native to the Ala Valley in the Italian Piedmont.
