Description
Large block of green to yellow fluorite.
The crystals have beautiful, clean faces and edges.
One of the cubes also has a beautiful blue border.
This sample was collected in the 1920s/1930s, and comes from a forgotten stock of the Taillerie de Royat, a mineral shop founded in 1899 by Joseph Demarty and closed in the late 1990s.
Mineral from the Aurouze mine, north of Chavaniac-Lafayette, Mazerat-Aurouze, Haute-Loire.
