Description

Hübnerite is a mineral species consisting of manganese tungstate. It is the manganiferous pole of the wolframite.

We have here a very good lamellar crystal of hübnerite associated with prismatic crystals of hyaline quartz including two tabular crystals presenting two very beautiful macles known as “of Gardette” or “of Japan”.
