Now inaccessible, finding macro minerals from this mine is becoming difficult, as the fame and nostalgia of the deposit have made the presence on the market of these great classics of French mineralogy rare.

For your information, the Garonne mine is located some fifteen kilometers southeast of Toulon, in the Var region (South of France).
