Description

Excellent specimen of smithsonite in greenish spherules on crystals of descloizite, a vanadate of lead, zinc and copper, present here in fine greenish petal crystals on a brown gangue.
Another rarity from the M’Fouati copper-lead-zinc deposit in Congo Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), of which here’s a video below:
