Description
Large uranophane crystals from Musonoï in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Uranophane is a uranyl silicate. Remarkably well-expressed crystals for this radioactive mineral species. The Musonoï uranium, copper and cobalt (and other metals) mine is one of the most productive in the Congo.
A wide variety of copper- and cobalt-related minerals are present.
