Wolframite crystal, mineral from the Panasqueira mine in Portugal.

70,00

Wolframite is a mineral composed of tungsten oxide, the iron pole of which is expressed by ferberite and the manganese pole by hubnerite.
It is one of the elements, along with tin, that motivated the development of the Panasqueira mines in Portugal.
Here, the crystal is heavy in the hand, due to the high density of the wolframite, but finished without a single shock.
Note the presence of a multi-millimeter violet apatite and mica crystal veneer.
